Antwerp Zoo is located near Central Station which makes it very easy and
convenient to get to. This zoo was built nearly 150 years ago in an Art
Nouveau Style, it offers many enclosed exotic structures to explore which
include an Indian Temple and a North African villa. This zoo sits on 25
acres of land and holds 6,000 different animals. They have a special feature
on the endangered animals such as the Bonbon, golden lion, and Congo
Peacock. There is also an aquarium that holds sea lions and a museum of
natural history that gives the information on the permanent zoo residents.

Museum is a popular air sculpture museum that the people are very
proud of having. This museum sits on property that was purchased buy
the city in 1910 but the museum was not opened until 1950. There are
about 300 pieces of work that are arranged by date and they start
with Rodin. A walk through these sculptures gives an amazing view of
nature but also an overview of modern art and contemporary Western
sculptures. Some of the artists featured in this museum are
Emile-Antoine Bourdelle, Pablo Gargallo, and Juan Munoz. At the
entrance of the museum visitors are handed a free map of the two
hour tour and the audio guide tells the highlights of the museum.
